Questions about credit and billing
If I run out of credit, does my automation stop?
No. Basic automation keeps running because it does not depend on credit. Only the AI layer pauses, and you are notified on the first refusal by email and inside the app.
Does purchased credit expire?
No. Plan credits renew monthly and do not roll over, but top-up credits accumulate indefinitely while your subscription is active. If you cancel they are held and become valid again on reactivation.
Can I set a spending cap?
Yes. You set a monthly credit ceiling. On reaching it the AI pauses and you are notified, while basic automation keeps running. Auto top-up exists but is optional and ships turned off.
What happens if I switch plans mid-month?
On upgrade the new plan's credits land immediately and the old ones stay valid until they expire. On downgrade, credit already granted is never clawed back: the new ceiling applies from the following cycle. Top-up credit is never touched.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, no card and no time limit. It includes 1,000 automations per month and one Instagram account, with a discreet LiliFlow signature on DMs. On activation you also get 2,000 AI credits valid for 7 days.
