Someone comments on your Reel

How it works
LiliFlow connects your Instagram account through Meta's official API, detects comments with the right keyword, and sends a DM about that specific topic. Here is the full walkthrough: connection, comment detection, the reply with or without AI, and where credits come in.
The whole flow
From the comment on the Reel to the voice note in the DM. Under each step is what it costs in credit — three of the four cost nothing.

Not a keyword matching a canned answer. The AI classifies the intent of that specific comment.

Ask about price, get price. Ask about delivery, get delivery. One rule handles both.

Sent, queued, skipped or failed. Every event is logged with its reason, so you can audit what the automation did while you were asleep.

Link Instagram to LiliFlow through Meta's official API and select the post or Reel the automation will run on.
Configure the keyword that triggers the automation and write the main text of the message that will be sent.
If AI is turned on, each reply is adapted to the specific comment before being sent as a private reply, within Meta's rules.
The full flow
No hidden step — every AI reply costs 10 credits, and everything else is unlimited.
The flow starts by connecting an Instagram professional or business account to LiliFlow using Meta's official login — no password sharing, no browser extension. That connection gives LiliFlow access to the account's post and Reel comments, within what the API authorizes.
From there, the creator picks which post or Reel the automation runs on; it is not one automation running across the whole account at once, but campaign by campaign.
When someone comments the configured keyword, LiliFlow receives that event through the official API and replies publicly with something short, usually confirming the message was sent to their DM. This first step is always basic and never uses AI, so it does not consume credits.
Next, LiliFlow opens the DM using the private-reply-to-comment mechanism: Meta's exception that allows sending a direct message even with no ongoing conversation, valid once per comment.
If the campaign does not use AI, the DM sent is the fixed text written during setup — the same for everyone who commented that keyword. This mode is unlimited on every plan, including the free one, up to 1,000 automations a month.
If AI is turned on, LiliFlow reads the whole comment before writing the DM, answering that person's specific question. Each AI text reply costs 10 credits; a 30-second cloned-voice audio reply costs 200 credits. Plan credits reset monthly — 8,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro — and a $5 top-up of 3,000 credits never expires.
LiliFlow does not start a conversation with someone who has never interacted, does not schedule meetings inside the chat, and does not process payment in the DM. The flow covers the comment, the public reply, the private reply, and a DM with information — selling, scheduling, or billing happens outside the chat, on whatever channel the creator chooses.
FAQ
LiliFlow connects your Instagram account through Meta's official API, detects comments matching the configured keyword, replies publicly, and sends a private DM about the comment's topic — with optional AI to personalize each reply.
The automation still works: every comment with the right keyword gets the same configured DM. This mode is unlimited on every plan, including the free one, up to 1,000 automations a month.
Only when AI generates a reply: 10 credits per text reply and 200 credits per 30 seconds of cloned-voice audio. Comment detection and the initial public reply never consume credits.
No. The flow only replies to someone who has commented, replied to a Story, or already messaged within 24 hours, using the private-reply-to-comment exception to open the DM.
No. The flow ends at the DM with information and a link; scheduling and billing happen outside the chat, on whatever channel the creator chooses.
